Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy ​ To reschedule or cancel please email melbournemusicaltheatrestudio@gmail.com ​ Any cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the session will be refunded or rescheduled as requested. Refunds are not available for any cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the session but can be rescheduled to another time within seven calendar days. A reschedule is only permissible once, if a suitable time cannot be found within seven days then the fee will be forfeited. Any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before cannot be rescheduled and will not be refunded.
